Job Description Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual for a position requiring a blend of accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, and secretarial skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general work tasks and must meet specific experience, education, and certification requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: One (1) year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, clerical, or secretarial roles performing general work tasks.
  • Education: Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate.
  • Typing/Assessment Certificate: A Typing Certificate evidencing an ability to keyboard at a net rate of 50 words per minute, OR a clerical assessment certificate.
