Your Role – Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Schedules: Create and coordinate production schedules by aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to balance supply-demand and provide accurate lead-time quotes.
- Material Inventory: Audit material availability for planned jobs and alert Purchasing for potential shortages.
- Supplier Coordination: Manage supplier deliveries, resolve past-due part issues, and ensure production agility.
- ERP System Accuracy: Maintain data for production accuracy by managing dates, quantities, and statuses within the ERP system.
Your Profile – Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. We are looking for students who have graduated in the Fall of 2025 or will graduate in the Spring of 2026.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams to meet collective goals.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- US Citizenship or Green Card Holder: This position requires access to documentation controlled by U.S. export laws. Candidates must provide proof of US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Expected Salary Range
Bachelor’s Degree:
- Minimum: $67,500.00 salary per year
- Maximum: $70,900.00 salary per year
Master’s Degree:
- Minimum: $77,500.00 salary per year
- Maximum: $81,700.00 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
