Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Key Objectives

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
