What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features across the web application stack.
• Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, proposing solutions for system scalability and performance.
• Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, including comprehensive unit and integration testing.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, implementing preventative measures.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver user experiences.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior-level career.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, including cloud platforms, containerization, and version control.
• Skills: Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React), strong proficiency in a back-end language and framework (e.g., Node.js), and solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, experience with GraphQL, real-time communication technologies, CI/CD, DevOps practices, testing frameworks, and an Agile/Scrum development environment.
