What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Execution: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and events.
• Content Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, company websites, and diverse marketing materials.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes.
• Performance Analysis: Support the team in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing comprehensive reports on findings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field. This role is designed for a recent graduate or someone new to the marketing profession eager to develop foundational skills.
• Experience: Candidates should possess a basic understanding of key digital marketing concepts. This includes foundational knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and various forms of social media advertising.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong written communication skills for creating effective marketing materials and reports. Excellent verbal communication skills for team collaboration and presenting information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation, data analysis, and presentations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with specific marketing tools such as Google Analytics. Experience with email marketing software or social media management platforms is considered a plus.
