Schedule

This department operates between 7:00 am and 11:30 pm, including weekends and holidays. Open availability is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Inspecting and Repairing: Regularly inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify and repair issues.
  • General Maintenance: Frequently utilize basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills to perform repairs.
  • Physical Demands: Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead, as part of routine duties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
  • Other Duties: Be prepared to undertake other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: 0-6 months of previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull, and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
