• Team: Reports to the Plasma Center Manager.
• Mission: Collect high-quality plasma from donors to produce life-changing medicines for patients with rare diseases.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Donor Engagement: Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure the safety of both donors and the team in the center.
• Donor Screening: Screen new and returning donors, precisely taking and recording their vital signs and finger stick results.
• Record Management: Prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records using the Donor Information System, and manage donor compensation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operations and initiate changes to center processes following company-approved procedures.
• Schedule Adherence: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, to support the needs of patients and donors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Early career level.
• Experience: None explicitly required to start, as paid training is provided from day one.
• Skills: Commitment to customer service and quality, accurate record-keeping, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bonus: 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role.
