What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Support: Assist doctors efficiently during a variety of treatment procedures for diverse patients.
• Operatory Management: Set up and break down operatory rooms to ensure readiness and cleanliness post-treatment.
• Sterilization & Infection Control: Manage infection control protocols by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Record Keeping: Support accurate patient charting for Doctors, ensuring detailed and organized records.
• Operational Support: Perform various essential office tasks as necessary to maintain smooth clinic operations and patient flow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Early career professional with a foundational understanding of healthcare support.
• Experience: No prior experience required; commitment to on-the-job training and professional development within the dental field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
