Job Title: Entry-Level Dental Assistant

How You’ll Make a Difference:
As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. We are committed to providing you with the necessary support and training, regardless of your prior experience, and fostering internal promotion to expand your career. You can directly contribute to improving your community one smile at a time.
- Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Efficiently set up and break down operatory rooms post-treatment.
- Manage infection control protocols, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Support patient charting for Doctors, ensuring accurate records.
- Perform various essential office tasks as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the dental field.
