The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation of digital products. In this pivotal role, you will own the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmaps, and features that align with our company vision and deliver exceptional value to our users. Key Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that supports company goals and market opportunities.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Requirements & Prioritization: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery.
• Launch & Iteration: Oversee product launches, develop go-to-market strategies, and continuously monitor product performance post-launch, using data to inform future iterations and improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the product team.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., user interviews, surveys, A/B testing).
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products or platforms.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven product features.
