What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Architect, design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, reliable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Front-End Development: Lead the development of responsive, performant, and intuitive user interfaces using cutting-edge front-end frameworks.
• Back-End Development: Build and maintain robust server-side applications, APIs, and microservices using specified languages and frameworks.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of our systems, advocating for scalable and resilient solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js); strong proficiency in one or more back-end programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby) and associated frameworks; solid understanding and experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis); extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services; hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform); proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows; experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions); knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium); experience with real-time applications or messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ); contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile; experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
