Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | BlueSprig

This is a full-time role at Florida Autism Center, part of the BlueSprig family of companies, with positions available in center-based or home-based settings, primarily serving the Orlando, FL area. • Pay: $19–$22 hourly for RBT billable hours; $14 hourly for RBT training and all administrative, non-billable time worked.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver: Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients within either a center-based or home-based environment, adhering to established therapeutic protocols.
• Educate: Instruct clients with autism in essential communication, social, and self-help skills, facilitating their development in individual or small group settings.
• Monitor: Systematically collect precise data to track the ongoing progress of the children supported, providing regular written and verbal updates on their treatment goals.
• Comply: Strictly adhere to all BlueSprig clinical team policies and procedures, including robust confidentiality standards and mandated reporting requirements.
• Safeguard: Maintain and implement appropriate social distancing, comprehensive safety measures, and enhanced protective hygiene practices, both professionally and personally, with provided PPE and communication tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: No prior direct experience in the field is necessary; BlueSprig provides robust paid training, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous support for new team members.
• Experience: A strong commitment to undertaking and passing the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam, supported by BlueSprig’s training which boasts a 96% first-time pass rate for employees, significantly exceeding the national average.
• Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, their families, and colleagues, alongside proficient data collection and monitoring capabilities.
