About The Role: Customer Success Intern
As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various stages of the client lifecycle, including onboarding, ensuring data quality, and assisting with client delivery processes. You will collaborate directly with the Customer Success, Data Operations, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to guarantee that clients receive accurate, actionable insights from the Trajektory platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with client onboarding tasks, including meticulous data collection and thorough documentation.
- Support quality assurance efforts by rigorously reviewing data outputs and proactively identifying any discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
- Conduct comprehensive sponsorship asset audits across various media platforms, including broadcast, social media, and digital channels.
- Help manage and organize extensive brand and partner logo catalogs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support client reporting through diligent research, accurate data entry, and meticulous validation processes.
- Assist in building professional, client-facing deliverables and presentations that effectively communicate insights.
- Participate in cross-functional workflows and team collaboration using project management tools like Asana.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must be a Rising Junior, Senior, or Graduate student.
- Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship, aligning with your educational program.
- Possess a highly detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills, crucial for managing complex data and tasks.
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets, demonstrating proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally within diverse teams.
- A genuine interest in sports analytics, sponsorships, and providing excellent client services.
