What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute to project development: Engage directly in impactful projects across various functions, such as designing state-of-the-art display systems, diving into immersive software development, or coordinating content pipelines for audio and visual experiences.
• Support operational excellence: Assist teams in optimizing processes, managing assets, and ensuring smooth daily functions for exceptional guest experiences within areas like sales, venue operations, customer service, IT, or manufacturing.
• Analyze and strategize: Participate in critical business functions like finance, marketing, or programming strategy, applying analytical thinking to evaluate performance data, market trends, and content planning to inform key decisions.
• Drive innovation: Collaborate with engineers, creatives, and business leaders to solve real-world problems, from developing B2B products with AI-enhanced tools to visualizing complex astrophysical data for educational materials.
• Professional growth and networking: Actively build a professional network by connecting with peers, an intern buddy, teammates, and leadership, while honing presentation, planning, and career-readiness skills through dedicated training sessions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Ideally, Junior or Senior level student at the start of the program, legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: Available to work onsite in a hybrid capacity for 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period, seeking to build their resume with impactful projects.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and attention to detail, coupled with a genuine interest in immersive technology and content.
