What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead the full lifecycle of software development, including design, development, testing, and deployment of complex systems.
• Architect: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications.
• Collaborate: Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level role requiring a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead role. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application development. Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and software design patterns. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) if applicable to full-stack development. Prior experience in a technical leadership or mentoring capacity within an agile development team. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
