What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Lead the development of new features and enhancements from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Collaborate with product management and UX/UI teams to define technical specifications and deliver user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire application stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s overall technical growth and knowledge sharing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, focusing on enterprise software solutions.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, including leading feature development and working across the entire software development lifecycle, with demonstrable experience in relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, and at least one modern JavaScript framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js), back-end development (with languages/frameworks such as Node.js Express, Python Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, or Java Spring Boot), version control systems (Git), familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, familiarity with GraphQL, understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha, Chai) to ensure code quality, experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment, and contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
