The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical new product line within our B2B SaaS portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to define and launch a product that will significantly impact our market position and customer success. You will be responsible for understanding market needs, translating them into compelling product features, and working cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to life.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the voice of the customer and the market, driving product initiatives from conception through launch and continuous iteration. This is a highly visible role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new core product line, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs.
• Translate high-level product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage trade-offs effectively to ensure delivery of maximum value within timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own the product launch process, working with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement and achieve key metrics.
• Act as a subject matter expert for your product, educating internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product culture and best practices within InnovateCorp.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience defining and launching successful products that have achieved market adoption and business goals.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed product specifications.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
• A solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products or complex data platforms.
• Familiarity with specific industry verticals relevant to InnovateCorp’s market.
• Proven ability to manage products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.
• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
