What You’ll Actually Do
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 within a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum Implementation: Effectively utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and integrate digital tools to deliver high-energy and impactful lessons.
• Student Progress & Feedback: Provide personalized and constructive feedback to students, actively working to empower them and build their confidence in English language skills.
• School & Cultural Engagement: Actively participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to foster a vibrant learning community and aid cultural exchange.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is a core requirement. This opportunity is specifically designed for recent graduates, individuals graduating soon, or early-career professionals who are exploring their first international role or a compelling gap-year career launch.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is necessary, as English 1 provides comprehensive induction training, ongoing support, and fully prepared teaching materials to ensure success. Candidates must hold a valid passport for international travel and work.
• Skills: A genuine and enthusiastic interest in education, combined with a passion for travel and cultural exchange. The ability to create an energetic and supportive learning environment for young learners is key.
• Bonus: While not mandatory, possessing an ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is considered a plus. English 1 offers sponsorship and support for successful candidates to obtain this certification. All applicants must be able to pass a clean background check.
