What You’ll Actually Do
• Cleaning: Perform comprehensive dish and pot washing, along with general cleaning and sanitization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Storage: Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food and supplies to minimize waste and ensure freshness and safety.
• Hygiene: Handle all food, storage, and cleaning activities in strict accordance with established sanitary procedures and hygiene standards.
• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures pertaining to food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates should possess a diligent and responsible approach to kitchen sanitation.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience is required in a hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant environment.
