What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Service: Efficiently take and deliver food and beverage orders, and clear items for guests.
• Manage Station: Ensure your designated service area is properly set up, clean, and maintained throughout your shift.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, explain daily specials, promote restaurant offerings, and ensure their continuous satisfaction.
• Process Orders: Accurately input guest orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and verify order accuracy from the kitchen before serving.
• Maintain Standards: Adhere to all company quality and safety standards, including compliance with liquor service regulations and sanitation policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written); a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor; capability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods; demonstrated organization, cleanliness, and a strong sense of urgency; flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: High School graduate or equivalent preferred; a minimum of one year of previous serving experience.
