What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Treatment Assistance: Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, working to ensure smooth and efficient clinical operations and patient comfort.
• Operatory Setup and Maintenance: Accurately set up and break down operatories post-treatment, maintaining a sterile, organized, and ready environment for subsequent procedures.
• Infection Control Management: Manage comprehensive infection control protocols, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to strictly meet health and safety standards.
• Patient Charting Support: Provide essential support for patient charting for doctors, accurately documenting patient information and treatment plans to maintain comprehensive records.
• Team Collaboration and Patient Experience: Collaborate effectively with all members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and foster a positive, supportive experience for everyone.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with a clear eagerness to learn and grow within the dental field, demonstrating commitment to a foundational career in dental care.
• Experience: The ability to obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice, with all necessary paid training provided by the company to support this achievement.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds and ensuring they feel comfortable and well-cared for. Additionally, a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is expected, staying updated with the latest dental practices and technologies.
