Role Description
This is a dynamic full-time/part-time remote opportunity for an Entry-Level Financial Services Representative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to thoroughly assess their unique insurance needs and subsequently provide tailored life insurance solutions that secure their future. Your daily activities will involve:
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual understanding.
- Articulately explaining various insurance products and services, effectively selling solutions that align with client objectives.
- Guiding clients seamlessly through the entire policy application process, ensuring clarity and ease.
- Proactively reviewing existing client coverage to ensure it remains aligned with their evolving financial goals and life circumstances.
- Collaborating effectively with the wider team to achieve collective organizational objectives and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Sales, Negotiation, and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, present complex financial solutions clearly and persuasively, and effectively negotiate terms to close sales.
- Basic Financial Literacy: Foundational understanding of financial principles and a working knowledge of life insurance products and services to accurately advise clients.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management: Proven capability to build rapport, foster long-term client partnerships, and deliver exceptional service that cultivates trust.
- Ability to Work Independently: Strong self-motivation coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills to excel in a remote work environment.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Competency with CRM systems, digital communication platforms, and standard office software for efficient client management and communication.
- Relevant Certifications or Licenses: While not strictly required at entry-level, existing certifications or licenses in the life insurance industry are a distinct advantage and highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
