What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Work: Work directly with a team on an active jobsite or within a corporate department, gaining practical experience in critical areas.
• Project Management: Review gross billings, track change orders, manage subcontractor requisitions, and oversee document control processes.
• Field Management: Assist with critical schedule management and site logistics, monitor quality control and safety, and resolve unforeseen challenges.
• Project Development: Solicit bids, perform quantity takeoffs, prepare comprehensive bid proposals, and collaborate on subcontractor agreements.
• Capstone Project: Develop and present innovative solutions for real-time business opportunities directly to company leadership.

• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, demonstrating a strong interest in the construction industry.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required, as this program is designed for early career development.
