Automation Developer/Analyst | Tokyo Electron US Holdings

The Tone:
This is an entry-level contract role at Tokyo Electron US Holdings, a subsidiary of global semiconductor leader Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL). This position focuses on enhancing business efficiencies and productivity by identifying, developing, and maintaining software automations. The role offers valuable corporate experience in business automation development, business systems analysis, and data analytics within a US-based setting.

The TL;DR

• Type: Part-time to Full-time (20-40 hours/week)

• Pay: $21.06–$28.16 hourly

• Mission: Identify, develop, and maintain new software automations to support business efficiencies and productivity gains.
• Tech Stack: UiPath, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL

What You’ll Actually Do
• Improve business processes by assessing, recommending, and implementing automation solutions for identified efficiencies.
• Develop and implement automations by gathering requirements, writing programming scripts, and collaborating with technical teams.
• Ensure automation quality and performance through designing, running, and monitoring tests, as well as fixing bugs and responding to support tickets.
• Analyze business data to derive insights, identify trends, make recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders concisely.
• Research emerging automation development platforms, languages, and standards, and develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Familiarity with automation (RPA) platforms and technologies, specifically including UiPath.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Skills: Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, along with a working knowledge of SQL.
