Job Title: Teller I

United Community is actively seeking a Teller I to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for an individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service while managing a diverse range of financial transactions and services for our valued clientele.
As a Teller I, you will be the front-line ambassador for our bank, assisting customers with their banking needs, answering inquiries, and proactively identifying opportunities to introduce them to new or enhanced UCB products and services. Your commitment to precision, customer satisfaction, and adherence to banking procedures will be paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a wide range of customer financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Safeguard both bank and customer assets by consistently adhering to established banking procedures, security protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster strong, positive customer relationships by providing outstanding, personalized service and addressing banking needs comprehensively.
- Proactively identify customer needs and skillfully refer them to appropriate banking services, products, or specialists within United Community.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer with meticulous attention to detail at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations and security procedures to ensure compliance and protect against fraud.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a cash handling and/or customer service role is required.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and proven ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and a credit check.

Compensation:
USD $29,309.00 – USD $39,068.00 /Yr.
