What You’ll Actually Do
• Transactions: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer financial transactions.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard both bank and customer assets by strictly adhering to established procedures and banking regulations.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and personalized assistance.
• Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and effectively refer them to appropriate banking services and solutions.
• Cash Management: Maintain a balanced cash drawer with precision and integrity in line with all security procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a foundation in environments requiring cash handling or direct customer service.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a cash handling role and/or a customer service position.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment, and excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
