About the Job: Teller I

United Community is actively seeking a dedicated Teller I to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer service, engaging in a comprehensive range of financial transactions and services for our valued customers.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional assistance. This includes expertly answering questions, addressing diverse banking needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to introduce new or enhanced UCB products and services that benefit our customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
  • Safeguard both bank and customer assets by strictly adhering to established procedures and banking regulations.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through outstanding service and personalized assistance.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively refer them to appropriate banking services and solutions.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer with precision and integrity.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures without compromise.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a cash handling and/or customer service role is essential.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills are a must.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and credit check is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is USD $29,309.00 – USD $39,068.00 /Yr.
