• Mission: Screens plasma donors and performs phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, ensuring donor safety and quality plasma collection for life-saving medicines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Donor Service: Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure the safety of both donors and the team.
• Donor Screening: Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results accurately.
• Record Management: Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Process Improvement: Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes following company-approved procedures.
• Flexible Scheduling: Provide consistent donor support by working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance; ability to maintain accurate records.
• Bonus: One or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
