The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Shift-based, including 12-hour shifts

• Team: Manufacturing Team
• Mission: Contribute to efficient, productive, and safe manufacturing operations while ensuring high product quality.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transport: Transport essential production materials and finished products, such as ink buckets, stitch wire boxes, coils of strapping, and oversized cutting dies, efficiently between operations.
• Execute: Execute a variety of production tasks across different roles, which may include operating at the Die Cutter Pusher Bar, Double-Head Stitcher, Semi-Stitcher, or as a Jumbo Folder Gluer Helper, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Document: Accurately complete required paperwork for tracking inventory, downtime, and other operational data, alongside performing computer data entry for production metrics.
• Inspect: Count and stack finished products precisely, read and interpret factory orders, and complete quality and administrative documents to ensure product meets specifications.
• Maintain: Perform comprehensive clean-up functions for machines and surrounding areas, including blowing down equipment, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, and general sweeping and scrap shredding, to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is required; demonstrated ability to count and stack finished products, and accurately read factory orders.
• Skills: Proficiency in basic shop math; strong attention to detail for inspecting products; capability to accurately complete quality and administrative documents; effective communication for following directions; and a strong commitment to safety practices.
