What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Coach management on best practices for continuous improvement program administration.
• Monitor: Assist in tracking key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and operational performance.
• Contribute: Gather data, identify improvement opportunities, and document results for continuous improvement projects.
• Communicate: Participate in meetings and help prepare reports or summaries on project progress.
• Optimize: Analyze processes to identify areas for efficiency and support the implementation and documentation of identified improvements.

• Background: Current enrollment at a higher education institution, either at the graduate level or as an undergraduate at junior status or higher. Candidates must demonstrate strong academic performance with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
