Role Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join our expanding team in San Diego, CA. This is a crucial full-time, on-site role where you will be instrumental in driving our clients’ success by expanding their reach and impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to make a tangible contribution from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, initiating meaningful business conversations.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, establishing trust and understanding their unique needs.
  • Effectively communicate the compelling value proposition of our customized sales and marketing services.
  • Strive to achieve and consistently exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Collaborate actively with team members and management to refine sales strategies, share insights, and optimize overall team performance.
  • Actively participate in comprehensive training programs to continuously develop sales skills, enhance techniques, and stay abreast of industry best practices.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a definite plus.
