This is a full-time English Teacher role at English 1, based in various cities across China. • Mission: This role is responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to young learners and fostering their confidence in English proficiency through immersive classroom experiences and participation in school events.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Classroom Instruction: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 within an interactive and immersive classroom environment.
• Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital resources.
• Student Development: Offer constructive feedback to students, supporting them in building confidence with their English skills.
• School Engagement: Participate in school events, cultural activities, and various student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a bachelor’s degree in any subject, hold a valid passport, be able to pass a clean background check, and demonstrate a genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Experience: This is an entry-level opportunity, and no prior teaching experience is required, as English 1 provides full training and ready-made teaching materials.
• Skills: Ability to deliver high-energy, interactive lessons to young learners, provide constructive feedback, foster student confidence, and actively participate in school and cultural events.
• Bonus: ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is a plus, and English 1 offers sponsorship for obtaining this qualification.
