This highly sought-after internship provides a rare chance to immerse oneself in the full arc of the growing season, from early vineyard management to the height of harvest and initial cellar production, directly supporting the Grower Relations team.

• Mission: This intern will support the Grower Relations and Cellar teams by collecting crucial vineyard data and assisting with winemaking activities during the 2026 growing season and harvest.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor Vineyards: Collect hands-on data including cluster counting, pest scouting, and phenological tracking for accurate crop forecasting and vineyard health assessment.
• Sample Grapes: Conduct regular sugar sampling to assess grape maturity and phenolics, providing critical information for harvest decisions.
• Support Vineyard Operations: Operate RTVs/ATVs and essential agricultural tools, assisting with various projects as needed by the business.
• Prepare Cellar Equipment: Clean and sanitize tanks, bins, and other essential equipment in preparation for and during harvest operations.
• Assist Winemaking: Perform punch downs, pump-overs, ingredient additions, processing, and wine transfers to support cellar production activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, possessing a degree (or currently enrolled) in an Agriculture or Wine & Viticulture program.
• Experience: Prior harvest and/or wine industry experience is recommended. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Skills: Hands-on data collection, operating agricultural tools, strong communication, detail-orientation, self-motivation, and solution-oriented problem-solving.
• Bonus: Willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as required during critical periods. Willingness to take time off from school if currently enrolled.
