The Tone:
This is a Summer 2026 internship at PULLMAN, located in Marlborough, MA. PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, specializes in technology-driven, engineered solutions for new and existing structures, alongside a range of specialty repair and maintenance services across Canada. This internship offers a challenging opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction project management, focusing on in-field learning and development across various critical project areas. The role provides extensive exposure to commercial and public industry projects within the greater Boston area.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Scheduling: Track project timelines and production rates to maintain project schedules.
• Estimating: Assist in the preparation of project estimates for various construction initiatives.
• Financials: Prepare project budgets and actively control project costs to ensure financial efficiency.
• Quality & Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols and ensure quality control standards are met on job sites.
• Client Relations: Support business development efforts and foster positive client relationships.
• Resource Management: Manage field resources for efficient allocation and project execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree, with a preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study, suited for an Early Career role.
• Experience: Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 or higher.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional documentation and organizational skills, and an aptitude for solving problems.
• Bonus: Reliable transportation for travel between the office and various job sites, a strong time management system, the ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment, and a strong safety focus.
