What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various innovative recruitment methods.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client Solutions: Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and provide tailored, effective recruitment solutions.
• Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to final placement and follow-up.
