What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute directly to the delivery of audit and other assurance services for a diverse client base.
• Gain practical, hands-on experience by participating in various audit engagements.
• Apply academic accounting knowledge to real-world professional tasks and environments.
• Receive on-the-job training demonstrating how academic knowledge is directly applicable in a professional setting.
• Learn directly from experienced associates, seniors, managers, and partners with specialized industry and technical knowledge.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled as a student in an accounting or related business program during the current school year. Must be able to commit to working full time for the entire duration of the internship and be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship during the program and as a potential full-time employee.
• Experience: Preferred experience includes 1 year in Accounting and 1 year with Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, strong communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Relevant internship, work experience, and/or active involvement with a professional organization is desired.
