The Tone:
This is an internship at Odys, a company dedicated to building safe, sustainable aircraft to halve travel time on busy corridors and significantly cut CO2 emissions. Our flagship aircraft, Alta, and UAV, Laila, are set to revolutionize travel and logistics. This high-visibility, high-impact MBA intern role is directly embedded within our Series B fundraise process, offering the opportunity to own critical workstreams and significantly influence a real transaction with substantial autonomy.

• Mission: Own critical workstreams within the Series B fundraise process to ensure its successful execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Room Management: Build and maintain the investor data room, managing document requests, coordinating internal teams, ensuring legal approvals, and maintaining version control and access.
• Investor Materials & Narrative: Develop and refine the pitch deck, executive summary, and investor FAQ, translating internal data into a compelling narrative and preparing KPI dashboards for presentations.
• Process & Pipeline Management: Manage the investor outreach tracker, coordinate logistics for investor meetings, prepare tailored investor prep packages, and provide weekly process status updates to leadership.
• AI-Powered Research & Targeting: Utilize AI tools and databases to build targeted investor lists, conduct competitive landscape analyses, develop investor profiling tools, and automate pipeline enrichment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: First- or second-year MBA candidate.
• Experience: Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or corporate development is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; fluency with Excel and PowerPoint; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
• Bonus: Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to experiment with AI-assisted research; prior experience is a plus.
