• Pay: $65000–$75000 yearly
• Mission: Ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education, regardless of background, playing a critical role in giving every student a fair shot at reaching their potential.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lesson Planning & Instruction: Study and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, utilizing diverse instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning for a classroom of over 20 scholars.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback and support to help students improve, while maintaining accurate records of performance.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and procedures to maintain a productive and disciplined learning environment.
• Communication: Communicate regularly and proactively with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and any behavioral issues.
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to collectively support student success and school-wide goals.

• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any field, required before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• Experience: No prior background or experience in education is necessary to launch your career, as world-class training will be provided.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; a demonstrated resilience, drive, and a winning mindset to push through limits; a commitment to excellence through meticulous planning, organization, and attention to detail; an unwavering belief in every student’s potential, committing to their path to 4-year colleges; and a genuine passion for content coupled with curiosity to grow through feedback.
