Junior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst I

Kforce is actively seeking a Junior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst I for a prominent client in Miami, FL. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a hybrid work schedule.

The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days a week onsite (9am-5pm EST) and 2 days a week remotely. Therefore, candidates must be local to the greater Miami, FL area and willing to adhere to the onsite requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors various activities to minimize the company’s exposure to risk.
  • Activities may include quantitative analysis, risk identification, and remediation efforts.
  • Represents or supports the reputation of the company to minimize compliance and regulatory risk.
  • Resolves issues and ensures strict adherence to both company and legal standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all company activities comply with necessary rules and regulations, as well as legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the listed responsibilities.

  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal) is required.

Industry Experience (2-3 years required):

  • Transaction Monitoring & Alert Review experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/Financial Crime Regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with Alert Investigation and Documentation.
  • Proficiency in Unusual Activity Escalation and Reporting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range provided reflects the lowest to highest compensation Kforce reasonably believes it would pay at the time of posting. Actual employee pay is determined by various factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contracts, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future, and Kforce may ultimately pay more or less than this range.

Hourly employees are generally not eligible for paid time off unless required by law or if on a Service Contract Act project (in which case they are eligible for paid sick leave).
