What You’ll Actually Do
• Shop Maintenance: Responsible for general shop cleanup and maintenance.
• Material Preparation: Assist fabricators with prepping material.
• Grinding: Perform grinding tasks.
• Drill Press Operation: Operate a drill press.
• Metal Cutting: Execute metal cutting using a band saw.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with recent, related work history.
• Experience: Must provide verifiable references and be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Ability to perform general shop cleanup, assist with material preparation, execute grinding tasks, operate a drill press, and use a band saw for metal cutting.
