What You’ll Actually Do
• Define and Learn: Define individual learning objectives and goals in alignment with academic and career interests. Actively observe and learn about concrete manufacturing processes, gaining valuable insights into the full production workflow. Attend various training sessions, workshops, and company events to continuously enhance professional skills and knowledge throughout the internship period.
• Operational Contribution: Provide hands-on assistance across different departments, including production, logistics, quality control, and engineering, supporting their day-to-day activities. Learn and rigorously adhere to all established safety protocols, thereby contributing directly to maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
• Project Support and Analysis: Work on a variety of assigned projects, providing essential research, thorough analysis, and comprehensive support as required. This includes assisting with data entry, conducting data analysis, and generating detailed reports to directly support critical decision-making processes within the company.
• Team Collaboration and Initiative: Collaborate effectively with the quality control team to understand and actively participate in quality assurance processes. Engage with cross-functional teams by participating in meetings and contributing constructively to team discussions. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement or additional tasks that contribute to the overall goals of the company.
• Professional Development & Presentation: Network with experienced professionals within the company to gain valuable insights into different roles and responsibilities. Receive consistent constructive feedback and evaluations on performance, actively contributing to personal and professional development. Prepare and deliver a culminating presentation at the end of the internship, summarizing key learnings and contributions made.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in construction management, engineering, concrete management, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience is required for this role.
• Skills: Data analysis, Research, Collaboration, Adaptability.
• Bonus: Prior manufacturing-related work experience.
