The Tone:

The program provides comprehensive in-classroom skill development, access to valuable internships, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Year Up United boasts that 75% of its graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars per year.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This apprenticeship is designed for early-career individuals who are high school graduates or GED recipients, seeking to launch a professional career. It is specifically for those who have not yet obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required, but candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and commit to full-time participation.
• Skills: A high level of motivation to learn new technical and professional skills is essential. Candidates must be available Monday-Friday for the entire duration of the program.
