What You’ll Actually Do
• Skill Development: Engage in intensive in-classroom instruction to develop comprehensive technical and professional skills vital for career success.
• Career Preparation: Acquire professional business and communication skills, master interviewing and networking techniques, and build a strong resume.
• Practical Experience: Participate in an internship phase, applying learned skills at prominent organizations such as BNY Mellon, Fidelity, and Bank of America.
• Mentorship & Coaching: Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program to guide your professional development.
• Job Placement: Access robust job placement support through YUPRO Placement, an industry-leading talent placement firm, to secure post-program employment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: High School Graduate or GED recipient. Career level: Early Career. Must not have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available Monday-Friday throughout the program’s duration. Requires a high motivation to learn technical and professional skills.
• Skills: Strong professional business and communication skills, effective interviewing and networking abilities, comprehensive resume building capabilities, and foundational knowledge in various technical domains.
