Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee (MT), you will embark on a structured program designed to teach you the business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to:
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run your own branch.
- Cultivate new business relationships.
- Develop your team members.
In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to establish essential relationships for building your own business. We will train you to excel in:
- Customer Service
- Sales and Marketing
- Finance
- Operations
You will learn the importance of always putting our customers first within a culture of friendly competition, critical for business growth and your personal success.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Must have 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
- Sales: (e.g., commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
- Customer Service: (e.g., retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, or call center)
- Leadership: (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations, or community involvement)
- Driving Record: Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
