What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, embodying the face of Enterprise.
• Operate: Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert, mastering daily business functions.
• Lead: Acquire the essential knowledge and skills to independently manage and grow a branch.
• Develop: Cultivate new business relationships by engaging with the community.
• Mentor: Provide guidance and support to team members within a hands-on learning environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales (e.g., commission, goal-based), customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, call center), or leadership (e.g., management, military, athletics, clubs, community involvement).
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 civil moving violations in the last 3 years; ability to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future; at least 18 years old.
