What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Support: Review and process employee expenses and travel requests, alongside examining Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) expenses.
• Fixed Asset Tracking: Track both existing fixed assets and new asset acquisitions to maintain accurate records.
• Physical Asset Management: Tag and label fixed assets for identification and record-keeping, conducting periodic physical counts to ensure data accuracy.
• Asset Lifecycle Monitoring: Monitor and ensure the timely completion of fixed asset transfers and disposals.
• System Efficiency Support: Review and analyze robotic reports to identify discrepancies, and support the team in designing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes for improved efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting or Finance; Early career.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience required.
• Bonus: Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, formulas, and terminology.
