Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Associate Vice President of the School of Technology, Trades, and Business in Frederick, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to school operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the AVP, faculty, staff, and external partners.
  • Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes.
