MBA Summer Intern | Admar Neuro
The Tone:
This is an internship at Admar Neuro, located in South Florida. Admar Neuro is a specialized provider of outsourced biomedical and technical support for neurodiagnostic equipment, focusing on systems such as EMG and EEG. The company supports neurology practices across the United States with comprehensive services including preventative maintenance, repair, and proactive equipment lifecycle management. This role offers direct exposure to the strategic leadership of the organization, working closely with the CEO. The intern will drive initiatives to enhance operational performance and prepare the company for its next phase of growth, offering invaluable hands-on experience in scaling a specialized healthcare services business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Operations: Analyze sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Business Analytics: Develop dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Inventory Management: Streamline inventory processes, optimize procurement strategies, and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies across various departments and lead projects to develop and implement more effective operational workflows.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on or interest in business operations, entrepreneurship, or healthcare services. Possesses a strong professional background in areas such as consulting, operations management, or engineering, providing a foundation for structured problem-solving.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), search funds, or direct operating roles within companies. Experience in applying a structured problem-solving approach to real-world business challenges.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling the dissection of complex issues and the formulation of practical, data-driven solutions. Required proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including the ability to build complex models, perform detailed calculations, and extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Bonus: A strong preference for working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where taking initiative and demonstrating adaptability are crucial for success.
