About the Role: MBA Summer Intern
Admar Neuro is seeking an ambitious MBA Summer Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 term. This unique opportunity offers direct exposure to the strategic leadership of our organization, as you will work side-by-side with the CEO. Your primary objective will be to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and laying the groundwork for the company’s next phase of growth.
This role is perfectly suited for MBA students with a keen interest in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), search funds, or direct operating roles within dynamic companies. It provides invaluable hands-on experience in addressing the real-world operational challenges inherent in scaling a specialized healthcare services business.
Key Responsibilities & Potential Projects
The internship will be project-based, allowing for a tangible impact on critical business functions. Potential project areas include, but are not limited to:
- Sales Operations Optimization: Analyzing sales processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Business Analytics & Reporting: Developing dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Streamlining inventory processes, optimizing procurement strategies, and enhancing supply chain resilience.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Identifying inefficiencies across various departments and leading projects to develop and implement more effective operational workflows.
Who We’re Looking For: Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, with a demonstrated interest in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), search funds, or operating roles.
- Possesses a strong professional background in consulting, operations, or engineering, bringing a structured problem-solving approach.
- Exhibits exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and formulating practical solutions.
- Comfortable and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on entrepreneurial environment where initiative and adaptability are key.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills are required, including proficiency in building models, performing complex calculations, and extracting insights from data.
Compensation & Logistics
Compensation: A competitive stipend of $4,000 per month.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in South Florida.
Housing: Housing accommodations are available in Wellington, Florida, to support your internship experience.
Duration: The internship will span 10–12 weeks during the Summer 2026 period.
