What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum: Present high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools designed for effective learning.
• Support: Provide constructive feedback to students, actively helping them build confidence in their English language skills.
• Participate: Take an active role in school events, various cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level opportunity is open to candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in any subject, who possess a valid passport, and can successfully pass a clean background check. It is particularly suitable for recent university graduates, individuals exploring a significant career change, or ESL/TEFL-certified teachers ready to take their skills overseas.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is explicitly required, as English 1 provides full training, ready-made teaching materials, and comprehensive visa sponsorship to support new educators. This includes a robust induction training, ongoing support, and access to skill development and career advancement resources.
• Bonus: While not mandatory, possession of an ESL certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is considered a significant advantage. For candidates who do not yet have this certification, English 1 offers sponsorship to help them obtain it.
