• Type: 12-week program, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operate: Assist operators in the operation of plant equipment and machinery.
• Maintain: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor: Monitor and accurately record operational data, promptly reporting any abnormalities.
• Safety: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support: Provide essential support to the team in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a technical or vocational program related to manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, or a similar field.
• Experience: No prior industrial experience required; must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Skills: Willingness to work in an industrial environment, which includes working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Bonus: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting or previous military experience.
