What You’ll Actually Do
• Calculate: Perform essential engineering calculations and develop cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering projects.
• Draft: Prepare detailed drawings, comprehensive layouts, and other vital engineering drafting documents required for project execution.
• Develop: Assist in the creation of comprehensive project plans and reports, contributing to the overall project documentation.
• Support: Help with various design processes, production tasks, and a range of miscellaneous organizational work within the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0-3 years of industry experience, coupled with an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam within 6 months of hire.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with teams and external stakeholders.
• Bonus: A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is considered a significant advantage.
