• Mission: This role is responsible for delivering English language education to young learners (aged 3–16) in China, actively fostering their confidence and proficiency through interactive lessons and curriculum implementation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Support: Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• School Engagement: Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required, indicating a foundational academic capability for learning and development in an entry-level teaching capacity.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, individuals exploring a career change, or those seeking a first job or an international career move, as comprehensive training and ready-made teaching materials are provided.
• Skills: Valid passport; genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus and can be sponsored by English 1.
