This Recruiter position is instrumental in finding sales talent nationwide, owning the entire candidate search process from start to finish. The role is critical for TQL’s ongoing success and expansion, directly contributing to the company’s growth by securing top talent.

• Mission: Find sales talent nationwide and manage the entire candidate search process, from initial sourcing to job offer, for dedicated hiring managers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to secure the best talent for open positions.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods to fill open roles efficiently.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process, from initial sourcing through to the job offer, while ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
• Accurately document all conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process all paperwork related to onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience: No prior recruiting experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided for all new recruiters.

• Demonstrated elite work ethic, with a requirement to be 100% in-office.

• The capacity to effectively work with and adapt to the latest technologies.
